Privacy notice

This publication currently does not operate a newsletter signup, account registration, or user comment system. If you use the Advertise With Us form, we collect the name, work email, organization, opportunity type, and message you submit. We use that information only to review and respond to your sponsorship inquiry. Inquiries are stored in our access-restricted Cloudflare D1 database; they are not published or sold. They may be retained while needed for business correspondence, and you may request deletion using the contact details provided in our correspondence.

Hosting and technical data

Cloudflare, as website hosting and network provider, may process routine request metadata, such as IP address, browser information, and security events needed to serve and protect this website. Additional analytics or marketing tracking will require this notice to be updated before activation.

Advertising inquiries

Form submissions are protected by basic validation, spam checks and rate limits. The form does not currently send automated email notifications. Website administrators review messages through Cloudflare account access. Do not submit sensitive medical or financial information.

Future changes

When the newsletter and analytics systems are activated, this page will explain their providers, collection, retention, unsubscribe options, and applicable privacy rights. This prelaunch notice should be reviewed and updated before those features go live.
